MR. SANDY OSEI-AGYEMANG
Sandy Osei-Agyeman is the founder and CEO of Slid Industries, a company whose core business is the production and marketing of hair and skin products under the brand names MVP, Family Choice, Skin Fine and LaNé. Osei-Agyeman also co-founded and co-managed Afam Concept, Inc.; a leading manufacturer of world-renowned hair products VITALE, ELENTEE and MO’ BODY brands in the USA.
He pioneered new concepts in hair care for people of color including the now famous “Never Greasy” and “Moisture Retention” approach to hair care and “Inner Care Technology” in hair relaxer techniques. The company was sold to JF Lab of Chicago in December 2000.
Osei-Agyeman has also held several roles with financial and banking institutions Including Credit Lyonnais, Harris Trust and Savings Bank and Continental Illinois National Bank all in Illinois.
He has won various accolades for his business excellence. In 1994, he was the recipient of “AFRIQUE MAGAZINE -Entrepreneur of the Year”. In 2008, he received Ghana’s Highest National Award ‘Order of the Volta – Member’ for his services to entrepreneurship and business development.
NAA PROF. EDMUND NIMINTEM DELLE CHIIR VIII
Naa Professor Edmund Nminyem Delle Chiir VIII is a distinguished figure in Ghana’s medical, educational, and traditional leadership spheres. Born on November 18, 1943, in Nandom, Upper West Region, his journey from a young boy in a large, polygamous family to becoming a revered Dermatologist and Paramount Chief of the Nandom Traditional Area is nothing short of inspirational.
Naa Professor Delle’s early education began in Nandom in 1949, where his brilliance quickly became evident, propelling him to senior prefect status. His academic prowess continued at Tamale Secondary School, where he excelled in both the Arts and Sciences, ultimately choosing to pursue Science. This decision laid the foundation for his illustrious career in medicine.
Following his sixth form education, Naa Professor Delle taught at St. Charles Minor Seminary in Tamale before embarking on further studies abroad. He earned his medical degree from the prestigious Padua University in Italy, where he specialized in Dermatology under the mentorship of the renowned Dr. Rabito. His dedication to the field led to the establishment of the Rabito Clinic in Ghana, which has since expanded to 27 branches nationwide.
Naa Professor Delle’s contributions extend beyond medicine. His political journey began in the 1960s as a member of the Young Pioneers, a group inspired by Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
He later played a significant role in Ghana’s political landscape as the National Chairman of the Convention People’s Party.
In 2018, he was enstooled as the Paramount Chief of the Nandom Traditional Area, where his focus has been on fostering unity among his people and contributing to national development. His leadership is deeply rooted in his belief that unity is the foundation of progress.

MARIE NOELLE YAKUBU
Marie-Noelle Yakubu is the Founder and CEO of Marie Noelle’s Spa & Salon and Marie Noelle’s Beauty Academy. As a contemporary beauty entrepreneur, business leader, and wellness coach with a flair for impeccable style and exceptional service, she has dedicated over twenty-five (25) years to championing excellence in the beauty and wellness industry.
Marie-Noelle has completed specialized training at Chi Wellness Cosmetics LLC, USA, in Medical Post-Surgery Wellness Therapy, Non-Invasive Body Contouring, Scar Revisions, Non-Surgical Hair Restoration, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, amongst others. She is also a Certified Lash Stylist from Extreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli in South Africa, and a Certified Facilitator in Cosmetology and Competence Based Training.
Driven by a passion for industry development, she founded Marie Noelle’s Beauty Academy, a premier beauty training school in Ghana that empowers the youth to build transformative businesses in the beauty industry. Through this Academy, Marie-Noelle has cultivated a new generation of beauty professionals well equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive. As a coach and entrepreneur, she has mentored and trained countless young men and women, helping them reach their full potential and break new grounds in the industry.
Marie-Noelle’s innovative approaches and revolutionary concepts in Nails, Spa, and Wellness have earned her widespread recognition for her dexterity and creative leadership in the beauty and wellness industry.
MADAM AKUA AFRIYIE SARPONG-AYISA
During her days with Ghana Airways, Mrs. Ayisa had the opportunity to travel across the world, and that was when she developed keen interest in different types of flowers she came across.
She eventually developed a relationship with a number of florists around the world who gave her deeper understanding into the world of plants and the floral business which became the beginning of her journey to floral work.
Having gained a lot of exposure in the floral business, Mrs. Ayisa then started buying exotic flowers for her home from countries like The Netherlands, United States of America (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK). But she was giving them out as gifts to family and friends until her husband encouraged her to turn the growing passion into a real business.
She took the advice of her husband, and after getting a location officially in 1991, commenced the selling of flowers, which later acquire the business name: “Unique Floral,” to reflect the uniqueness she attached to it.
For almost three decades, Unique Floral has specialized in providing extensive range of beautiful flowers and gifts as well as high standard designs and planning not only in Ghana but in neighboring West African countries.
She has also been able to create timeless and unforgettable ambiance for all kinds of events through floral arrangements and event design with both fresh and artificial flowers.
She has in stock flowers that have been grown and carefully selected from her 20-acre floral farm in Aburi in the Eastern Region including weekly supply of specially imported flowers from Kenya, Ethiopia and Holland.
After 28 years of being in operation, she has been able to evolve from a very humble beginning to a household name in Ghana and West Africa. She has expanded from retailing of flowers to event planning and design, decoration as well as opening of an ultra-modern flower decorating training school and multiple event venues in Ghana.

MR. MATTHEW OLA
Mr. Matthew Ola is one of the recognized pioneers of professional barbering in Ghana having started his first barbering salon in 1992 in Accra.
His passion for the development and growth of the barbering business led him to form the Ghana Association of Barbers & Barbering Salon Owners (GABBSO) in 1995.
He led the Association as National President for 15 years and achieved several feats.
Today, the GABBSO is one of the most formidable trade associations in Ghana and an active member of the Industrial and Commercial Workers Union (ICU).
Through hard work and quality leadership, he was elected as Vice President of the Federation of Barbers, Hairdressers and Cosmetology.
His love for quality and growth of the industry led to the establishment of the Wahl Clippers & Barbering Supplies, a company that supplies barbering equipment, tools and accessories nationwide.

A long-time resident of the Gulf, she has lived in Kuwait, Bahrain and now in Dubai for 5 decades. Circumstances pushed her to find a job, A late entrant into the work force age 44, with no previous work experience she could not even prepare a CV!
She devotes her time and energies to her chosen career in Personal Financial Planning and has completed 28 years in the industry having qualified for MDRT several times.
She works with reputed financial services providers and law firms advising on personal financial independence, creating and protecting assets and inheritance using Insurance as a risk mitigator. She serves as advisor, ambassador and president on various international women/youth leadership empowerment platforms and, as selection Jury member for international awards.
